Description |
Achieve sales fundamentals such as: target, distribution, collection, visibility and manage optimum product shelve share and ensure pricing products in the stores |
Support in distributors’ key retail clients’ contracts negotiation, in addition to maintain connection and relation with all clients |
Conduct morning meeting on a daily basis for the sales team to follow up on target achievement and reinsure the sales plan to achieve the sales and distribution target. |
Follow up on clients’ needs by maintaining daily market visits. |
Follow up on Trade Marketing activations, new launches, and promotion in clients’ stores. |
Submit detailed reports to unit manager on warehouse stock, sales, prices, competitors’ activities |
Manage trucks’ stocks and the product loading process from the distributor’s warehouse |
Commit to the company’s credit policy that is granted to the distributor |
Coordinate and follow up on the initiation on new promotions and discounts on handheld |
Check product quality with quality department (shipment, receiving) to report any issue |
Manage all the assigned routes: plans, collection, submissions, returns, and clients complains |
Train, coach, and evaluate, the representatives and drivers though group training or one to one meeting with the team. |
