  • Monitors team members time shifts assigned tasks and supervises their performance to guarantee the maximum utility of each member’s skills.
  • Set up a clear Training and knowledge transfer Plan for all the team to guarantee continuous development.
  • Assess periodical maintenance schedule and implementation time plan for all the factory equipment’s and machinery preventing any emergency breakdowns to take place to guarantee efficiency and minimize the down time.
  • Supervises any electricity installations to ensure that the application is meeting the required measurements.              
  • Keeps track of all electrical spare parts in the production hall and machines of the maintenance in order to report and issue all PO’s in case of any shortage in the warehouse stock.                             
  • Manages all the team leaves types in a manner that doesn’t affect the workflow.
  • Ensures production’s efficiency and its development to help reach the final targets.
  • Ensuring the staff’s commitment to wearing the uniform, maintaining their personal cleanliness and hygiene by following the procedures of Industrial Safety & Security, GMP and Food Safety System (HACCP).
