Job Purpose
Monitors the maintenance work plan according to the schedule ensuring the application of the maintenance policies & training the team’s performance.
What you will do in your role
- Allocates team members time shifts, assigned tasks and supervises their performance to guarantee the maximum utility of each member’s skills.
- Organizes periodical maintenance schedule and implementation time plan for all the factory equipment’s and machinery preventing any emergency breakdowns to take place to guarantee efficiency.
- Supervises any electricity installations to ensure that the application is meeting the required measurements.
- Keeps track of all electricity spare parts in the production hall and machines of the maintenance in order to report and issue all PO’s in case of any shortage in the warehouse stock.
- Manages all workers leaves types in a manner that doesn’t affect the workflow.
- Ensuring the staff’s commitment to wearing the uniform, maintaining their personal cleanliness and hygiene by following the procedures of Industrial Safety & Security, GMP and Food Safety System (HACCP).
- Assures having all machines soft wear backups.

What you will bring to the role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience preferably in Food industry / FMCG’s Manufacturing.
