Job Purpose

Monitor the implantation of day-to-day maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and increase productivity to achieve maintenance KPI’s

What you will do in your role

• Oversee day to day Implementation of maintenance activities to achieve maintenance schedules.
• Organize periodical planned and preventive maintenance schedule and implement time plan for all the factory equipment’s and machinery.
• Supervise any installations to ensure that the application is meeting the required measurements.
• Document maintenance activities, incidents, and repairs, and reporting to higher management as needed.
• Focus in achieving 100% of breakdown analysis and RCA.
• Assures having all machines Software backups.
• Responsible for Electrical Breakdowns and troubleshooting progress.

What you will bring to the role

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• From 2 to 3 experience in Maintenance Engineering.
• At least 1 year sold experience in Maintenance Manufacturing, preferably FMCG.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting mechanical or Electrical issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
