Job Purpose

Monitor the implantation of day-to-day maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and increase productivity to achieve maintenance KPI’s

What you will do in your role

Day to Day Operations

• Oversee day to day Implementation of maintenance activities to achieve maintenance schedules.
• Organize periodical planned and preventive maintenance schedule and implement time plan for all the factory equipment’s and machinery.
• Supervise any installations to ensure that the application is meeting the required measurements.
• Document maintenance activities, incidents, and repairs, and reporting to higher management as needed.
• Focus in achieving 100% of breakdown analysis and RCA.

      •      Reviews the total operating hours counter per machine in the beginning of each month with the department head to set the periodic maintenance plan and ensure to achieve 100% of PM adherence.

• Keep track of all spare parts in the production hall and machines of the maintenance to report and issue & follow up all POs in case of any shortage in the warehouse stock.
• Allocate team members time shifts, assigned tasks and supervises their performance to guarantee the maximum utility of each member’s skills.
• Ensure that technician’s commitment to wearing the uniform, maintaining their personal cleanliness and hygiene by following the procedures of Industrial Safety & Security, GMP and Food Safety System (HACCP).
• Develop a team of Junior maintenance engineers and technicians.

What you will bring to the role

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

From 2 to 3 experience in Maintenance Engineering.

At least 1 year sold experience in Maintenance Manufacturing, preferably FMCG.

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting mechanical or Electrical issues.

Strong interpersonal skills.
