Job Purpose

Managing the R&D projects portfolio from the generation of ideas to the launch of breakthrough innovations on the market.

 

What you will do in your role

  • Ensures that any new route is aligned with Juhayna’s strategy and increase its credibility in the fields of nutrition and health.
  • Leads the development of facilities and equipment required for an effective research & development program.
  • Manage Scientific and technological knowledge to provide products aligned with consumer expectations and regulatory constraints.
  • Manage the development and qualification of new products, materials, and processes.
  • Manage the process qualification, validation, and technology transfer to the plant.
  • Achieves the productivity target through reformulation/ renovation.
  • Leads the implementation of facilities and equipment required for an effective research & development program.

 

What you will bring to the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food processing, Agriculture, Science, Vet., Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy.
  • 4-6 years of experience in food/juice research and development.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
