Job Purpose
Responsible for achieving the required production plan while keeping the premium efficiency of the machines and product quality & safety
What you will do in your role
- Allocates, follows up the daily production plan and follow up the plan achievements with the team.
- Communicates with the concerned departments in case of any deviation from the plan requirements.
- Ensures the availability of all raw materials and packaging materials before the production start to avoid the production stop.
- Coordinates with all other departments to ensure the smooth running of operations.
- Arranges the workers and technician shifts.
- Ensures that all the staff are committed to the hygiene rules and to health & safety instructions.
- Reports the production volumes and the efficiency to the production manager and to rise the major breakdown.
- Follows up the machine performance and analysis for the breakdowns for machines in his area of responsibility.
What you will bring to the role
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture / engineering (Mechanical/or Electrical section).
- 6 –8 years at a supervisory level.
- Very Good English language
- Very good leadership and supervisory skills.
