Job Purpose:

To provide administrative and organizational support to executives, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and efficient time management.

What you will do in your role

• Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Maintain proper filing systems, databases, and record management.
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned to support executive operations.

What you will bring to the role

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
