Job Purpose
Manage, develop and grow the distributers by developing business programs supported with introducing new launches and secure a solid partnership with managed retailers accounts
What you will do in your role
- Have complete responsibility for achieving sales target and volume development for the distributor.
- Responsible for communicating volume forecasts and leading the execution of business plans.
- Take a proactive leadership role in anticipating and resolving emerging problems.
- Analyse monthly the unit results, action plans, and update the Area Sales Manager with progress through a monthly report.
- Provide ongoing coaching to all Account Managers within the unit and ensure they are properly trained and motivated to achieve their objectives, in addition to working frequently with Account Managers to understand and fulfil customer’s needs.
- Put in place the optimal unit structure that leads to best productivity results.
- Manage chilled products demand planning “weekly, Monthly”, in addition to Handling daily shipments with Planning, supply chain, fleet teams.
- Secure full product range availability across all areas.
- Follow up on product quality with quality department (shipment, receiving) to report any issue.
- Report competitive activities to the Area Sales Manager
- Monitor daily settlement and collection of payment.
- Complying with the Company’s Credit/Cash Policy
- Submit reports concerning:
- Volume Results.
- In-store business results (Distribution, Visibility, Shelving, Pricing)
- Customers' feedback.
What you will bring to the role
- University Graduate & Computer Literacy (Windows applications)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Demonstrated functional expertise with FMCG Company for a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a Managerial role.
- Proven experience in managing distributors
- Problem solving & Decision Making
