Job Description:
- Work on developing new markets and adding new retail clients. In addition to enhancing our service, coverage and distribution in the area. Further lead and coach the sales team to achieve the company’s target in the assigned area.
- Achieve sales fundamentals such as: target, distribution, collection, visibility and manage optimum product shelve share and ensure pricing products in the stores
- Support in distributors’ key retail clients’ contracts negotiation, in addition to maintain connection and relation with all clients
- Conduct morning meeting on a daily basis for the sales team to follow up on target achievement and reinsure the sales plan to achieve the sales and distribution target
- Follow up on Trade Marketing activations, new launches, and promotion in clients’ stores
- Submit detailed reports to unit manager on warehouse stock, sales, prices, competitors’ activities
- Coordinate and follow up on the initiation on new promotions and discounts on handheld
- Check product quality with quality department (shipment, receiving) to report any issue
- Train, coach, and evaluate, the representatives and drivers though group training or one to one meeting with the team
- Conduct daily market visit on Sub Distributors (Commanda) areas to ensure that the area is properly served, the products are priced as per the company pricing
- Ensure that the Sub Distributor (Commanda) is operating only within their assigned geographical area.
- Scan daily new villages and routes to register new Sub Distributors (Commanda).
- Set chilled products demand plan for the Sub Distributors and coordinate the Commanda daily orders that aligns with their area’s plans
- Ensure optimum retail client service by the Sub Distributors (Commanda) in their areas.
Experience:
- Demonstrated functional expertise with FMCG Company for a minimum of 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience in managing distributors
