Job Description: 

  • Develop profitable new business and grow existing customer base by selection, coaching, and training the territory team. Help the company achieves Volume, Profit, and superior In-store presence
  • Responsible for sales volume, distribution, merchandizing, shelving and pricing
  • Secure long-term agreements with all accounts.
  • Ensure excellent deployment for the Shelving visibility or displays contracts.
  • Conduct a daily morning meeting to follow up team productivity, distribution and sales coverage.
  • Follow up on innovations (New trade programs, new launches, POS Materials, activities, etc...)
  • Update Unit Manager with the requested data accurately and on time (stocks, estimates, daily sales, pricing, competition …etc.)
  • Maintain a physical presence in the territory to ensure understanding of customer’s needs
  • Complying with the Company’s Credit Policy
  • Assess performer capability through WORK*WITHs and ONE- to-ONEs providing development feedback to the sales representatives & the territory team

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the same role with an FMCG company
  • Strong personality & having the ability to lead a team
  • Computer literacy (windows applications)
