Job Purpose

Under limited supervision, champions fulfilling the organizational recruitment goals and workforce plans within approved corporate procedures, policies and programs.

 

What you will do in your role

  • Maintains an updated organizational structure of the business account.
  • Handles all employee transactions (transfers, promotions … etc.)
  • Assists in drafting the JDs and handles communication of Job Descriptions (JDs) to the incumbents and their sign offs.
  • Collects the data required for Training Needs Assessment (TNA) from the Performance Management Forms and concerned departments’ representatives.
  • Assists in completing the annual Performance cycle. 
  • Assists in developing the technical training plan and makes all necessary administrative arrangements for the running of internal/external training courses.
  • Assist with other OD departmental initiatives (i.e. Employee Engagement, HR Effectiveness … etc.)
  • Prepares a pool of CVs, screen and select CVs for relevant positions.
  • Sets appointments and interview dates as well as update Recruitment Team Leader with progress reports.
  • Ensures candidates are initially screened against appropriate criteria (competency-based model).
  • Attends the interviews with the hiring managers and make sure proper interview documentation has been filled.
  • Sends interview feedback to candidates.
  • Follows up on delivery of offer to candidate as well as undergoing of medical check.
  • Maintains a record of all business accounts recruitment activities, and interviews.
  • Upon hiring, responsible for on-boarding to all new hires (tools, desk …etc)
  • Assists with other recruitment departmental initiatives (i.e. Employment fairs … etc.)

 

What you will bring to the role

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR
  • Must maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Ability to proactively prioritize and organize workload and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously

  • Skill in writing concise, logical, and analytical reports
