What you will do in your role
Benefits Administration & Employee Experience
- Direct the administration and operation of all company benefit programs, including medical and life insurance, mobile plans, and other employee perks.
- Oversee the end-to-end enrollment processes, mid-year changes, and annual plan renewals.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex employee benefit inquiries, claims disputes, and resolution of service issues.
- Review benefits utilization, trends, and associated costs regularly to ensure budget control, accuracy, and optimal value.
- Support the planning, logistics, and execution of internal employee engagement initiatives and wellness activities.
Vendor Management & Procurement Alignment
- Manage relationships, contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and renewals with all external HR and benefits service providers.
- Continuously monitor vendor performance against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and SLAs to guarantee quality service.
- Partner with Procurement and Finance departments to lead the vendor selection process, request for proposals (RFPs), contract negotiations, and cost optimizations.
- Review, verify, and audit vendor invoices against usage data and contract terms prior to payment approval.
Reporting, Compliance & Administration
- Prepare periodic benefits utilization reports, vendor performance scorecards, and analytical summaries for leadership, recommending program enhancements where applicable.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation, records, and databases related to benefits enrollment and vendor contracts.
- Ensure all benefits plans and vendor operations comply with company policies, local labor laws, and legal regulations.
What you will bring to the role
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2–3 years specifically focused on Employee Benefits, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations/Vendor Management.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel (for data analysis and invoice reconciliation).
- In-depth understanding of employee benefit design, insurance mechanics, and vendor contract management.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong empathy and customer service orientation toward employees
