Job Purpose

As an IT Help Desk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our employees experiencing technical issues. You will provide support for hardware, software, and network-related problems, ensuring our team can operate efficiently

 

What you will do in your role

  • Monitor and control the computers devices [ Laptops & Desktops] on stock/system.
  • Prepare a weekly/monthly report regarding the IT inventory for entire branches.
  • Respond to IT support tickets and inquiries in a timely manner via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Assist employees with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Set up and configure new computers and devices.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure all IT equipment is functioning properly and assist with inventory management.
  • Provide basic training to employees on software and hardware usage.

 

What you will bring to the role

  • Bachelor’s degree of computer science or any equivalent
  • From 0 - 1 year of experience in help desk
  • Excellent communication skills
