Job Description:
- Lead the unit sales team to execute the sales plan, achieve the sales volume, market execution and customer service objectives through effective leadership.
- Responsible for communicating volume forecasts and leading the execution of business plans.
- Work frequently with Supervisors & Reps (at all levels of the trade) to understand and fulfil customer’s needs
- Take a proactive leadership role in selling to customers, anticipating, and resolving emerging problems.
- Provide timely and accurate communication between field, distribution, and accounting.
- Analyze monthly the unit results, action plans, and update RSM with progress through a monthly report
- Provide ongoing coaching to all supervisors within the unit and ensure they are properly trained and motivated to achieve their objectives
- Train and develop the sales team to raise the managerial skill standards to set them ready for promotion
- Put in place the optimal unit structure that leads to best productivity results.
- Complying with the Company’s Credit/Cash Policy
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the same role with an FMCG company
- Good command of English language
- Leadership skills
- Thinking and problem-solving skills
- Priority setting skills
