Job Purpose:
Leads the sales strategy for a broad geographic area, ensuring the alignment of regional sales objectives with overall company goals, and driving the performance of the sales team to achieve maximum profitability and market penetration.
What you will do in your role
- Develop regional sales plans and budgets in line with company objectives
- Conduct contract analysis, negotiating and renewing contracts with customers to ensure mutually beneficial terms and continued partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
- Lead a team of Unit Sales Managers, providing coaching, guidance, and performance reviews.
- Foster strong relationships with major retail chains and partners across the region.
- Ensure consistent execution of promotional activities and new product launches across all retail partners.
- Analyze market conditions and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Liaise with senior leadership to provide updates on sales progress and key market insights.
- Work closely with the finance department (Collection) to ensure that appropriate credit management is taking place across all the accounts
- Ensure annual evaluations are conducted for 100% of employees to the standards set by the Company.
- Direct & coach team on use of budget to secure all promotions & activities needed.
- Conduct quarterly business review with customers.
What you will bring to the role
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or any related field.
- Strong proficiency in Windows-based applications
- Proficiency in English & Arabic, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and drive mutually beneficial outcomes
- Solid marketing and financial knowledge for data-driven decisions.
- A strategic mindset focused on developing win-win solutions that align with both company and customer objectives
- 4 years of managerial experience in FMCG, with expertise in Key Accounts
- Minimum 6 years of Sales experience with a track record of achieving revenue targets
