Job Purpose

Responsible for maintaining and developing existing and new key customers through ethical sales methods and relevant internal liaison to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.

 

 

What you will do in your role

  • Responsible for achieving the monthly sales targets by account.
  • Monitor and report competitor activities to unit manager.
  • Ensure customers pay on the required payment dates (as per terms of payment agreement).
  • Ensure complete sales orders are delivered to the accounts on the required delivery dates with the required quantities.
  • Manage the client’s warehouses to prevent storage problems and ensure product availability.
  • Reviewing the customer accounts with the clients and ensuring the regulation of deposits, invoices & returns.
  • Committing to the company selling policies.
  • Develop current business with new customers
  • Lead all the collection proofs with the customers.    
  • Build & maintain a high relationship with all key contacts.
  • Negotiate and adapt contracts agreements with key customers.
  • Manage the execution of promotions and new products introductions.

 

 

What you will bring to the role

•            Bachelor’s degree of business or any equivalent

•            At least 2 years of experience in the same role with an FMCG company

•            Strong personality & having the ability to lead a team.

•            Computer literacy (windows applications)
