Job Purpose:
Responsible for driving growth and ensuring the successful management of Juhayna’s e-commerce portfolio. The role involves managing partnerships with e-commerce platforms, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring the fulfilment of sales objectives to maximize product visibility, optimize logistics, and build strong relationships that align with company targets and customer expectations.
What you will do in your role
- Account Management & Business Growth
Lead negotiations and annual contract renewals with e-commerce partners to ensure favorable terms that support business growth.
Supervise product availability and visibility across all platforms, ensuring Juhayna’s product range is optimally displayed.
Supervise the analysis of trends within the e-commerce sector, proactively identifying new opportunities for business expansion.
Supervise regular business reviews conducted by Account Managers with e-commerce partners to evaluate performance, discuss opportunities, and implement improvements.
Lead the Marketing Visibility negotiations, set the yearly budget plan with e-commerce platforms, ensure implementation and monitor return on investment
- Operational & Promotional Coordination
Support in collaboration with internal teams (Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance) to coordinate logistics, promotional plans, and product activations.
Set the promo and activation plan, ensuring timely execution and maximizing the impact of campaigns across e-commerce platforms.
Support in ensuring on-time and accurate order delivery, coordinating with logistics teams to meet customer demands on delivery dates and quantities.
Optimize operational efficiency by liaising with supply chain and customer service teams to address any challenges in product availability or fulfillment.
- Performance Reporting & Analysis
Review detailed reports on account status, sales performance, and promotional activities, providing insights to guide future decisions.
Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and consumer behaviors to maintain a competitive edge.
Use data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies for improving sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and alignment on mutual goals.
Foster strong communication channels between Juhayna and e-commerce partners, ensuring transparency and alignment on business objectives.
What you will bring to the role
- Strong negotiation skills, especially in commercial agreements.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales dynamics.
- Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- High interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency with e-commerce tools, data analytics, and reporting software.
- Proficiency in English & Arabic, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in e-commerce sales account management, ideally within the FMCG sector.
